Feeling a little down?
I'm not going to lie, I've had my little anxiety attacks over that last few days. No, not panicking here! Yes, worried and feeling a little stress from the whole Convid-19 situation. Aren't we all though! 🤷♀️
Over the next few weeks I'm going to take time to center myself because if I'm honest, I need it! I'm going to do things I love and calm me. Like painting, which is a form of meditation for me. I'm the type of person that cannot have idle hands, I absolutely need things to do, especially creative outlets.
I now have time to think and plan, how do I want my businesses to grow and possibly evolve. I now have more time to spend with my family, cook more meals from home and maybe garden more. I'm doing my best like the rest of us, we'll get through this.
This doesn't have to be all negative, we can turn this into something positive. I encourage you to try something new, take time for yourself and spend a little time being introspective. In our busy, crazy world, sometimes it's a blessing to slow down. I'm praying for you all!
