Handmade Dollar Tree Christmas Ornaments.

I'm going to show you how to make these wood ornaments in two different ways using Dollar Tree's knock-off version of janga blocks.

The possibilites are endless, if you use your creativity!

So here's the supplies you'll need to get started, all available at the Dollar Tree.

🎨SUPPLIES:🎨

- Tower Game Blocks

- Embelsiments

- Super Glue

- Hot Glue Gun & Glue Sticks

- White Acrylic Paint

- Twine

- Scissors

- Paint Brush

Here's what the game will look like, you'll be able to make several ornaments with one box.

You'll want to arrange them in a row of three or four depending on your preference. Now glue them together using your super glue.

One option is to stain the blocks. You could use some strongly brewed coffee and soak them for 20 minutes or use your favorite wood stain.

Once they've dried you're ready for the next step. 🙌

Once they've dried we can glue the twine or ribbon down with our hot glue gun. Now it's time to get creative!

You can take these smaller snowflake ornaments or other embellishments and glue down with you glue gun or break out your paints and hand paint sayings on them.

While I hand painted them with a liner brush there are several other ways you could achieve this look. Trace out a pattern to paint, or use a store bought stencil and paint them.

⚠️ If you make a mistake, you can easily sand off the paint with sandpaper and start from scratch. I did this many times. 😅

This is a quick 30 minute project, perfect for when the kids are out of school and need an activity to keep their hands busy. 👨‍🎨

I'd love to see your ornaments! 😍 So make sure you share them with me when you complete them. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog!

Lots of love,

Leigh ❤💕
