Happy New Years! It's 2020!
Happy New Years! I hope you all had a fabulous 2019 and if you didn't that's okay! It's a stepping stone to a better you and a better path. Boy oh boy, was 2019 a humbling year for me! Um, yep! I set so many goals last year, some were big wins and some failures. But you know what, that's okay. I'm human, I have a lot on my plate and I do the best I can. Like this blog, I had so many grand ideas and I surely didn't put out as much content as I wanted. However, I did start my website and I did put out some content, so that's a win for me! You see I'm not really a New Year resolution kind of gal. I mean that's great, but to me it's a bigger picture, with all those failed steps leading me on my path. The most important part you can play in your is to "DO YOUR BEST". Because you're best is perfect, learning from your failures equals growth, and that all leads to reaching your goals! Which is a win-win in my book!
One huge lesson I had to learn in 2019 was to ask for help. I'm not going to lie and paint a rosy picture of myself. I was seriously stressed, and it was causing me a ton of anxiety. Which I had to get under control before it caused more issues. I had to learn to ask for help, take a step back, and to not hold myself to such a crazy standard. It's a process and for the most part I have it under control. I'm still learning it's a mindset, like will it really be the end of the world, if I don't get that something done by tomorrow! Don't sweat it, seriously! I'm not saying I put everything off till tomorrow, but I try to complete a few steps towards that goal.
That's life though, it's a winding path, with a few pit stops along the way. There's so much joy along the way, we just have to look for to it! Find things to celebrate on 2020, learn and grow! Just know I'm in the background cheering for you as you all have for me over the years! ❤ Here's my 2019 Accomplishments, not because I want to brag, but because we should celebrate our wins! 😘 • Sold over 50 pieces of furniture! • Completed 2 Antiques Markets! • Lead 8 workshops! • Started a website and wrote 15 blog posts! • Sent my first born off to College! • Rebranded my business with a new name! • Started an Estate Sale company with some good friends and completed 4 sales.
